Is there any way to tighten the locking mechanism?

All your other probs if any.

After driving a CC for a bout a year now, I am mostly disappointed my 2 major problems:
1) noisy roof (crackle etc) I have tested every solution, but there is not any long-lasting one. Lubricants, open and close locks etc all work just a couple of days or 2 weeks the most
The first one which is the most annoying seems to be related to the roof not sitting tight enough to the car. If we could "tighten" the locking mechanism, then the problem might be reduced a bit. Any ideas about that?
2) sqeeky brakes. This has come up after 10000km in my car and haven't resolve it yet.

1) You'll never have an entirely squeak-free roof - it's part of the 'charm' of a convertible ;-)

2) The concensus seems to be that the only permanent solution for this is to fit grooved discs.

But, wouldnt that void my Peugeot warranty?

Not if they're fitted by Pug. And if Pug don't fit them, it will only invalidate the warranty for brake-related problems. You should get a guarantee from whoever fits your new discs though.
