Further to one of the other topics, has anyone managed to get auxiliary devices playing through the Clarion RD3 using the line-in connections on the back of the player.
My unit has the 16 or so pin connector rather than the phono sockets on the back.
There had been some discussion about using a resistor to fool the RD3 into thinking there was a Multichanger connected.
Would love to hear from anyone who has managed to do this.
Thanks in advance.

yeah i try this, doesnt work. Also try to link the 3 VAN wires to the stacker control pins, no luck there too. Although i sucessfully extract the power to run an external unit from the iso pins but the head unit just wont change source. (so i just pull out the OEM head unit and put in one that can play mp3
no display, no stalk control - bugger it)
