Ok, I brought the car in for 2 small problems (pulls to the left and rattle from the boot right side), and since my lovely gf has decided that shes gonna get me a lower grille for christmas, when i booked the car in LAST WEEK, I asked to the guy in "accessories" whether the grille was available, if i had to book it and so on...., he goes no need to book as we always keep a couple in. I sd quite clearly: It'd better be there on monday, I don't want to come here another time....he goes no no it's here in front of me.
This morning I go, double check with the guy at reception, he checks with the guy in "accessories" everything ok we have 2 in stock.
Car ready, I go and pick it up and see no grille fitted: WHERE'S MY GRILLE? he goes we have none in stock!!!! I say: if you had 2 this morning when you and your colleague checked... where are they???? He goes, there has been a fault in the system for that particular item! WHATEVERRRRRRRRR! They haven't bothered checking from the first time I asked them! 110% sure. He goes I'm really sorry blah blah blah I say that's not good he says it will be here tomorrow and I say !well i won't!" He goes we'll pick up yr car from yr work and deliver it back with the grille fitted...... hmmmm do I give em a chance?

i wouldn't let them drive my car. the monkeys once wanted to drive my 1st CC 40 miles to my work so they could get their courtesy car back.

it was their fault as they were supposed to have it for 1 day but took 4 days. i told them they weren't driving it anywhere and they would gettheir courtesy car back when i had time to take it to them. they weren't happy but did i look worried

so in answer to your question - don't let them drive it :D
