Brakes 'locked' & also squeeky

Worrying here!

Got my cc on 22/08 & have done 1300 miles so far. Today, I started up, & since I live on a hill, selected 2nd & off with handbrake.......
Huge clunk & it felt like my back offside was 'bound up' - a truly horrid sensation. (Didn't use car yesterday, but cleaned him).
Everything fine after that & I drove around 8 miles, but now noticing a pronounced squeel as I use footbrake to park.
Anyone else had this

i park my car on a small hill, i realized that everytime i wash my car, the brakes lock and i hear a clunk too, but that is because when i wash it, the water gets into the brake pads and they kind of glue together with the disk because of the corrotion of the metal(can't believe how soon it happens!), but if you wash your car on a flat surface and then move it right after you dry it, it wont happen because the water dryes out leaving no chance to get corrotion on it.
