ok heres a cc question (first time for everything
)
My car seems to have developed abit of a cold at the moment, as you go up through the rev range, when it gets to about 2.5 rpm the engine has a distinct 'bark' as if I have an induction kit in board. it dies away as i approach 3000 rmp.
I'm a little concerned. any one had the same ?

Mine suffered that last winter. The engine wasn't tucked in under it's cover properly so it was resonating @3k. They checked the fitting of the cover and put new screws in to make sure the engine was tucked in snuggly then the cold went away

The same happened to mine, it went in last week for a manifold replacement and some cover being tightened up - but I noticed today that it is still there but from a slightly different location under the bonnet.
