I understand your frustration, but would you consider turning your Caps Lock off and using the Enter key occasionally? :)

i think your dealer is taking you for a ride - a ford fiesta :!:

i think you should follow my lead and tell your dealer what kind of car you expect - works for me every time :)

Not sure on the legal situation but:

a) Insist they replace the Fiesta with a CC.

b) Tell them if the part does not arrive on 1st November, you will reject the car.

c) Compensation is a must. You paid £15K to £17K for a cabriolet and have been given a non-cab worth less than half the price.

d) Mention a solicitor's name.

e) Try What Car? or Watchdog.

f) Shout a lot.

g) Check you car thoroughly for damage etc when you get it back.

Do not:

- Bother with Peugeot Customer Relations.

(PS I am not sure if they are the same part, but have heard of indicator stalk problems on non-CC 206's made this year).
