They have just rung to say the mirror is actually broken. It has been twisted on its pivot. They are telling me its not covered by warranty. Well I have only had the car for 2 weeks and it has been like it from day one. They are getting back to me. There is no way I am paying anything as those electric mirrors cost a fortune.
This could be fun...not!

Took my car into dealer today to have the drivers door adjusted as it is too low and mentioned to them about the driver's mirror not going far enough back.

I'll threaten them with the CC Hit Squad if they give me any trouble
There is no way I am paying. They probably clipped the mirror taking it off the transporter. This is the dealership that Eye See got his CC from and rejected it after their useless "service" after all!

Had to ring WWBX twice to find out what was happening about my mirrors. Then just turned up at the dealership as had not had promised phone call. My CC is now sitting in their car park with its mirror daggling from the side with no way of fixing it back in place.
Spoke to salesman that sold me car as service dept said they would need his permission to fit new mirror free of charge. I think salesman has said yes to FOC mirror fitting
Impossible to get a straight answer from him. Will ring dealer tomorrow to make sure new mirror is being fitted and that when I pick car up tomorrow I will not be paying anything. Better have car back by Sunday!!!!!
Thanks Eye See for the advice (yet again). Your car is still sitting in their carpark.
