three high pitched bleeps when in the car after starting

hi, i have a pug 206cc 2002 i previously had one before this one that had problems and got used to all its little quirks, ive not come across this problem tho, once im in the car and started the engine i get similar three bleeps like you do when you open the drivers and leave key in the ignition, it dont happen all the time but when it does the car is started allready, anyone got any ideas? many thanks

I had something like that. It took me ages to realise that I was inadvertently hitting the roof-down switch whilst trying to fasten my seat belt. Low fuel will also bleep (even though the light isn't illuminated).

Hi luditus thankyou for your reply I will keep that in mind when putting my seat belt on and see if it stops . As for fuel I allways refuel when I get just below half a tank so maybe it's not that .
