strange sound when booting

strange sound when booting
I have a Peugeot 206 1.6cc HDi Allure convertible which is now making a strange noise when I pull off. If I pull off slowly there is no 'whining' 'rubbing' noise, but it occurs if I pull off slightly faster. Any ideas?

Is it manual/auto?
Where does the sound appear to come from, front/rear/leftside/rightside?
