Which brake discs??!!

I've recently bought a 206CC and it needs the brakes changing all round which I am more than capable of doing myself. Only problem is that there are 2 choices for the front of the vehicle. after phoning dealers I have discovered that all I am able to do is to get a price. They do not divulge part numbers even though I pointed out I could inspect the goods on arrival at the counter and then reject them as not needed or those are the wrong ones kind of reason after making note of the part number. I think that is the route I may have to go down unless there is any advice anyone could give me.

The car is a 206CC 2.0SE 2001 (first registered Dec 2001)

The diameter of the discs remains the same but the depth changed by a few mm. 27mm to 34mm I think it is.

Any advice at all or does anyone know which brakes I need?

Pretty sure they are 266mm diam x 22mm ... those quoted widths are really odd.

Ok two sizes apparently but 20.6mm and 22mm which is fairly negligable. Thinner were fitted until Oct 2001 but so were the 22mm ones! Don't you love Peugeot!


A 7mm difference as quoted doesn't make sense unless you are talking vented vs solid discs. But all CCs have vented.
