Climate control lights

Hi all. Can anyone advise where to go next in the persuit of light... meaning the climate control modual thats in the centre consol isnt lighting up. I have taken it out from the dash and the bulbs all are okay and I have checked the fuses (correct me if I am wrong here but is it fuse 22? Though I did have a good look at them all)

The other interior lights seem to work (except the interior light for permanate on.. it works on the doors though)
