Coil Pack Testing

The engine has started running very rough at low revs. The first time was after a run, but now it is from start. I need to check the (SAGEM 96 363 378 80 / 2526182A) coil pack. I think this is a wasted spark system, so expect the plugs are in pairs, with two plugs in series.
Secondary Circuit
Not cylinder number, just counting from one end to the other:

2-3 The inner pair has 15.5K between them
1-4 the outer pair has 15.5K
1-3 Left hand pair has 11K
3-4 right hand pair is open circuit.
1-3 show a flash on the multimeter then open circuit.
2-4 show a flash on the multimeter then open circuit.
I conclude that the plug pairs are 1+4 and 2+3 and they have the same resistance of about the right amount. I'm not sure why there are connections between them though.

Primary Circuit
I don't know the connections, the four pins bottom to top in the picture. appear to be connected like this:

A to D 0.4 ohm
B to D 0.4 ohm
A to B 0.9 ohm

So I assume that D is +12V and A and B are the coil connections, which is why A to B is double the resistance of the other two. The resistance of 0.4Ohm is about right too, so I think the primary windings are fine.

What make of coil pack and what make of plugs?

There is a combination that doesn't work ..

Also confirm make and model of car as there are two (or more) 1.6 Peugeot engines!
