Cup holder solutions?

Cup holder solutions?
Just wondering if anyone has a solution for the holder that's between the seats/behind the handbrake. I find it next to useless as cans/coffee cups just tip backwards and I end up having to clean up drinks off the carpet. Any suggestions appreciated. I've seen the ashtray replacement and I'm not keen and I'd rather not use a vent mount.

Drink the drink then go for the drive.
