SOLVED- Fan constantly on

Hey guys I've had this problem since I bought my car, which that the fan start running as soon as the car is in the on position. And it always runs on highest speed. So I've noticed that the cables have been messed with and I'm trying to reroute them to were they belong but I'm stuck. Is there anybody that has any idea how the cables are supposed to be? My car is a peugeot 206 2005.

For anybody interested I've solved It and it was a combination a of corroded relay cables, broken sensor and the previous owners bad fix...
