Boot Central Locking

Hi all.

From a newbie.

My girlfriend's boot lid won't unlock with the central locking on her 54 plate cc, it centrally locks fine but needs the key to open it every time.

Is this normal, is there an easy fix?

Its normal and meant to be like that, you can bypass it as the boot solenoid is a 2 way one, have a search on here.

I think I've found that, pin 15 purple wire on the grey multiplug?
