Nightmare after jump starting

I left the car unused for a month, the battery was flat, I jump started it and it was fine, drove it for 20 mins all was great.
Locked it, all was good. The next day I had to put the key in the lock in order to open it, as soon as I opened the door the alarm goes off and the car will not throw over when the key is turned. I have replaced the battery with a new one, I cannot perform the battery replacement procedure cos I can't get the window down! the new battery is on and I still have the problems....................HEEEELLLLLPPP!!!!!

I've solved it, the key has stopped working!!! my other key works perfectly and everything is working normally.....................Result!!
