Peugeot can supply pre cut and coded, but you would have to ask them.

Timpsons nationwide household key cutters....
Can cut keys for our Pugs and programme them for £55 just called in at our local branch,he put the key into a computer and it read the code ,also said if I wanted one with remote buttons cost £130.
But did say he would need the car close to the store as some programming needs to be done in the car ignition ???
