I have the catalytic converter fault warning and my fuel consumption is about 15 L/100 km.
After switching off the ignition and switching it on again a couple of times the catalytic converter fault went of but still very high fuel consumption & bad acceleration.
If there's a problem in the exhaust can it cause this poor fuel economy????

Re: Catalytic Converter fault and very high fuel consumption
I also think that there's unburned fuel coming out of my exhaust with some fumes.

If you are over fuelling, the cat won't last long.
Could be many things. Get the fault codes read.
Hang on ... You had problems back in August with high fuel consumption and poor running didn't you? Got that fixed or still the same? Back then you said you had PP2000 ... read the fault codes.

I was thinking it might be the lambda sensor.
