Does the 206 cc 1.6 petrol have the same exhaust for the 206 hatchback version which is 1.1 & 1.4???

Don't think they are ... Why don't you check on a manufacturers website like Bosal?

Take care with Bosal, I have one one mine and its has minute clearance from the structural beams and dampers. Whilst it does fit, I dont think its a good fit.

Suggestion was more so he can sort out what parts fit rather than suggesting he buys a particular make ... he's in Egypt anyway, so it's what's cheapest to import (or bodge up) I bet!

check the Walker one.. it is the same Part Number: 23164 .... but different price

They all look different to me ... this is the Bosal catalogue for the whole 206 range ...

There are some parts that are the same across different engines, but they all appear to have different parts somewhere. This also shows the Peugeot part no above the Bosal part no.
