hi my wife who drives a 206 keeps getting a white film in the mornings over the outside of her windscreen which makes driving into the sun very difficult any thoughts on what is causing it and how to remove it?

Hi Keith, I presume it's not frost!
Try cleaning it with white vinegar, or stainless steel cleaner spray.
Cheers Col.

I use Halfords Intensive glass cleaner .. it is very slightly abrasive and gets all the rubbish off including Rain-X ... I find all that does it get scuffed up and leaves the screen in a worse state than before!

Get a good windscreen cleaner like Meguairs, Autoglym, etc ... I've even used double-glazing glass cleaner they the guys that did our house left behind .. that leaves it spotless ...
