locking wheel nuts

Post by keithholman »

hi I have been into halford's and bought a set of locking wheel nuts for my 02 206 1.6 cc but they are totally the wrong pattern thease have a cone on them (by the thread) are they the right ones the assistant in halford's looked it up before he got them for me. but I am afraid they might be like a set that I had on my mgf that were too small and passed right through the wheel. :)

They should be bolts not nuts. Take them back and get them changed. You could take one of the bolts along as a pattern (if you have another car to use)
Cheers Col.
