Boot Jammed

Hi all im new to the 206cc and to this forum, looking for some advise my boot wont open with the key, i turn it and push it in but its not releasing, i cant get excess from behind the seats as there are items in the boot so i cant get to the catch.....can anyone help please

We had that problem and at first it is a case of persisting ... there is no other way ... unless you can open the roof but then you have to stop midway ... which risks other issues

When you do open it you will probably find the plastic arm on the operating solenoid has bent and the metal rod has come out or pushed through. It will probably need a new solenoid as it will not bend back and the metal arm needs bending slighty ..
