aircon is not working :(
I have recently purchased a 206 as a replacement for a 106 and everything works fine but the aircon, I chose this car because of it but will it be too expensive to repair?

When you say aircon, does it have manual controls or a digital display?
And is the fan working but it just doesn't blow ice cold air, or is it completely dead?

The blower works but it's just not ice cold, it's a manual one

Ah right - in that case you should be able to find a garage that will test and re-gas your system for possibly as little as £35.
My local garage has an automatic machine which tests the system for leaks with a vacuum pump. If it fails the pressure test the garage should be able to point out the leak so that it can easily be fixed (it's often just a perished 'O' ring which literally cost pence, and just a few minutes to fit).
But if it maintains pressure then it simply pumps it full of new gas to the correct pressure, and after that it should work fine for a good couple of years.
