Hi, Could be a faulty micro switch or the on-board computer could be iffy, I got mine stuck after repairing the leaky seals, I found that the computer went funny because I had to stop the roof half way, there is two micro switch's behind the rear seats and the one closest to the seats when pressed allowed me to complete the roof cycle and now works correctly. There is a way to operate the roof manually, you open the boot, using the alan key in the bottle holder this fits into the white circle with the hole in it (Hydraulic dampener relief valve) Turn anticlockwise, pull the cord on the left to operate the cover actuator release, un-clip the two white clips in the boot to release the lid from the boot then close the boot, un-clip the roof, two person job to lift the lid then fold the roof into the boot, close the lid but do not close fully, open the boot then close the clips, turn the alan key clockwise to engage the hydraulics, close the boot

enjoy the sun, do in reverse order for closing, you could try automatic mode in-case the on-board computer hadn't completed it's cycle. You can also operate the roof if the windows are stuck - pull on the roof switch then while pulling turn on the ignition, there will be a series of beeps then let go of the switch then operate the switch - the roof will fold regardless of the window position.
