Help problem with seatbelt stuck

Hi i need some help got into my car this am and seatbelt is stuck,managed to get it out in the end took ages,am i going to need a new seatbelt or is there an easy fix.Was thinking of getting one off ebay but are they easy to fit or is it a job for a garage

What is stuck? The clip end or the automated reel?

Assuming the former you might be able to pick up just the clip-in part then it's probably seat out to swap them over.

Hi the reel end it seems to be locking when i try to pull the seatbelt out

Do you park on an incline? That can happen if you do and is pretty normal. Pulling gently usually works but snatch it and it locks up.

No car is parked flat pull it gently still jams.think it is a new seatbelt.
