Hope somebody can give me some help here. Been to the Peugeot stealer this morning for the heater resistor and I was told that on mine, the resistor is part of the fan itself. He showed me the diagram and whilst it was shown as a separate item on the image, it wasn't listed separately as a replacement part. So to replace would cost £200 as I'll have to buy the whole assembly. Went to GSF and bought the reaistor and having dismantled the blower etc., I can't feel any existing resistor there. I have also removed the clock cowl and there is no red wire or resistor visible to the right. Am I going to have to fork out a biggy?
Thanks in advance,
Adam

Re: Heater variations.
Depends on year / model, but if it is in the motor (assuming 206CC as we get all sorts on here) it's easy enough to get out. Remove glovebox and panelling and you will see the motor up under the dash behind the heater. It twists to come out. Enright on here was breaking one so you may be lucky and get one from him.
Cheers Col.

Re: Heater variations.
Yeah the unit's out already cheers Col, as I've left it in bits ready to replace. I'll have a look now at any available. As a little knack for anyone else that finds it hard to release the blower unit, I used a large flathead screwdriver to gently prise/lever it out of the bottom clip. As I removed the lot, hoping to get to the resistor.
