can I leave the roof half way open for around 15mins???
Will leaving the roof open for around 15mins be a problem or cause a problem? Only reason is ive decided ill tint my rear window tomorrow, problem is the roll bars get in the way and its quite a tight squeeze so would be alot eaisier with it halfway open x

I wouldn't operate it electrically and stop it halfway, you would be safer opening the valve on the pump and retracting the roof manually, an easy enough procedure but its a heavy roof to lift back if you are on your own, then you will have to use some kind of support to keep it in place while you do the tint.

I might be missing the point here, but how can that work as the roof will be folded on top of the glass restricting any kind of easy access surely? just curioussophia wrote:Thankyou hun but it will only be little ol'me so I definatly wont be able to open it manually![]()
