hi guys,
so i recently bought an x reg 1.1 206, came with the original tape player so i purchased a pioneer cd player, it's a great cd player lots of features etc and has good sound quality, however when the ignition is switched off it refuses to come on! one turn of the key and it works but no key in the ignition and just nothing, which is obviously annoying if i'm waiting to pick someone up and want to listen to some music etc.
Can anyone help with this? thanks i advance

There are two power wires which connect together before they go into the ISO block,just switch them over and it should work.

It's supposed to be like that. You turn the key to position1 for radio and pos2 for all the dash lights (ign on)
You could get around it by connecting the switched Pos on the radio to a permanent live.
