Hello,
I am new to here and new to owning a Peugeot 206cc as we only picked it up 2 and a half weeks ago.
We havent had any issues up until yesterday when it keeps jumping randomly out of 5th Gear whilst driving along.
In a 30 minute journey it did it about 2/3 times and pops it into neutral, whilst doing 60mph.
I wondered if this is something that is a known issue or whether anyone might have a clue to what it is.
We have a03 reg 206cc allure
Thanks

Re: Jumping out of 5th Gear
Sounds like a broken detent spring.
5th gear is on the end of the 'box, so depending on what's causing it, it may be fixable without removing the 'box from the car.
