Newbury - is this the CC capital?

Loads of CC's recently spotted in Newbury and surrounding area:
2 silver, one up in Stroud Green area; 1 cayman green, in car park off Hamrdige Road; 1 blue; 2 black, one in Park Way last week.
Is this the most densely populated CC area?

I've also seen three moonstones and two cherry reds in Newbury, so it's got to be the cc capital!!

Newcastle is Becoming a bit of a "hairdressers" city as well

On the way to work i see the same 6 CC's going in the opposite direction every day, in fact its one of each colour. But none of the miserable gits ever wave, but then again if they did i would be sooo embarassed!!! Unless it was a babe of course!

It wasn't me I'm afraid.
I saw an aegean blue on the A339 by Sainsburys going north about 7:45. Also saw a caymen green 1.6 parked at greenacres gym last night.
Any takers?
