parcel shelf

hey gang hope your all doing well i am trying to fix my father in laws 206 and i have looked through all the videos and advice and my ossue is the roof wont close manually or other ways. I tried the manual way but the stri g is missi g on the parcel shelf actuator. i cant move the parcel shelf to close roof. any advice? there are no Peugeot dealers here in Manila I can fi d to assist me. HELP
