HELP HELP HELP car wont start no dash lights

Was taking the radio out to change the heater bulbs. The car and had the car running to use the inside light.
The car died and when i went to start car again i got NO ignition lights and it did nothing.
All other lights work when i turn on the head lights and all fuses are working.
Also windows wipers dont work and economy mode active is on dash.
Have tried hooking it up to my other car battery but still no joy
What have i done? and how do i fix this problem

FIXED. a big fuse that had a hair line crack that was missed over and over.

This is why you should always turn off the ignition and even disconnect the battery when working on any electrics. Just unplugging and plugging back something like a radio will blow something .. and next time it might be more expensive than a fuse.
