Hi folks,
I did not get a book pack with my wifes 206cc so I am assuming the dial to the right of the instrument cluster is an oil temperature gauge? I am slightly concerned that it either does not move very much at all or on start up goes to max for a second then back down to zero?
Can anyone advise on the correct function of this please and does what I have described signify an issue?
Thanks,Will.

Re: Oil temperature guage??
Temp gauge is also a oil level gauge ... so on start-up it is telling you roughly how much oil you have ... but you should still check it regularly with the dipstick as they are not that accurate!!
It should slowly increase in temp, but not as fast as the water temp ...
