My friend have a device called newest version Lexia-3
Quiet Interesting a equipment.I saw he used this equipment to solve the problems of the car.So I think if it can solve my car(Peugeot 307) problem.Unfortunately,My friend told me that the Lexia-3 Citroen/Peugeot Diagnostic device can not work on Peugeot 307.Is that true?

In your second posting here
I answered with.............
That will almost certainly pirated software at that price. If so, it is bound to be "flakey"!!
At the bottom of their page it says
So if the problem is with the tool. I would contact them.
What problem on what car are you trying to sort out?
Have you contacted them?
You still haven't said what problem you are trying to sort out on the car.
Unless you can give some idea of what your car is doing (or not doing) I can't see how we can help.
Lastly, While we try and help where possible, this site is dedicated to the Peugeot 206cc NOT the 307.
You may have better luck on a 307 forum.

Re: My friend have a device called newest version Lexia-3
I've responded to his other thread and it's not that the software is flakey, it's they updated it incorrectly.
OK, it's cloned software and so probably illegal ... but when you want to do your own maintenance nowadays, software like this is a necessity to avoid £80-100 everything the dealer connects your car to their system.
BUT you can't update it with automated download from PSA's website as they will have no records of selling it, so it gets corrupted. What you do it updated it from the release that comes on the CD/DVD that comes with the software/cables ... and ignore any request to download updates in the future.
I've got something similar (not bought from same source .. I got the complete package of cables and software for £62!) .. but I didn't bother to update the software as it works with our 206's ...
... and the OPs complaint it doesn't work with a 307 is wrong. When you start the software it gives you a list of all the models ... you select the one you want and then the variants ... 307 is definitely on my list! Only the 5008 and RCX are missing .. but then their software may be different.
