Hi all, I brought my 2005 55 plate CC from a small dealer last month and they advised in the advert that it had service history but when I picked the car up they could not provide me with a Peugeot service book or proof of history, I did get some money off the car but I am now wondering if I can can contact Peugeot to see if I can locate some history? Anyone know? I have no issues with the car and its only just done 50K and touch wood seems perfect. MOT last month just had an advisory for rear pitted discs which were replaced with new pads before purchase.Any advice would be grateful.
Thanks all.
Dave

Re: SERVICE HISTORY QUERY
peugeot would only know it's history if it was done through them you can check the MOT results using your log book for any advisories that where logged, only other way is to contact the previous owner.

Re: SERVICE HISTORY QUERY
Cheers Shadow, have not received the new V5 as yet so unable to contact previous owner but found the MOT checker online this afternoon so will check this when I get home from the office. The dealer I purchased the motor off thinks he knows where the service book is so fingers crossed he will locate and be able to post it to me!
