Last week I had a full rconditioned axle fitted as both bearings were a right state. Anyway all is well now - no huge CLUNK going over speed ramps or clicking noises whilst making a right turn.
BUT......
I get what can only be described as a high pitched metallic "ding" whilst going over any dip/ramp more than 2ins high. A ferw people have said dont worry as the axle needs to bed in - but after 500-odd miles in the past week or so - surely it should be on its way by now.
Can anyone enlighten me?? purrrlessss!!!
