Now that I've got my roof working correctly on the car that I bought with a non working roof - both the latch & boot latch twin sensors incorrectly set - I need to add some fluid to the pump as its on the minimum level (don't appear to be any leaks anywhere), I know how to top it up but the Peugeot name for the fluid is" Aral Vitamol ZHM" does anyone know the 'common' name for this please. On the 306 cabby you can use Telus 32 hydraulic oil which is seriously cheaper than the Peugeot equivalent and I already have a litre of this for my 306!.
Also just in case, where does the nylon cord affix to the parcel shelf fit so I can manually close the roof if needs be as there is no sign of any remanents still being attached.

Re: Hydraulic roof fluid / nylon cord
If you check out the sticky of the emergency roof procedure, at 1:14 it shows you the location of the roof cord.
Topping up the fluid is discussed in this thread. Member cheekee has performed the procedure and may be able to advise.
This is the procedure to follow in case you haven't already seen it.
