hello from snowy tring !
having recently found this site am overwhelmed that there are so many passionate peugeot cc owners like me out there !!! after having always had convertibles but with fabric roofs and the continual maintenance against mould forming in the fabric seams....decided to go for metal but first one being the vauxhall tigra ...but didnt keep that long . then the mgf (with a hard roof as an extra and the performance of having to store it in the summer !)plus when just out of warranty the head gasket went ......no comment !!!
so then i had an epiphany and bought my first 206cc !!!!!!!!!!no regrets just unadulterated fun !!! but last summer when on the net i saw in a garage my dream car !!!!! the peugeot 207 cc in a stunning metallic lime green with black leather interior so goodbye lovely 206 cc but hello in your face , impossible not to notice !!!! 207cc .have to say am loving the updated model and the hood is so easy to operate by just pressing a button and hey presto and no clips to fasten !!!
so a very happy peugeot poser ...unashamedly so !!! no probs whatsoever .....but the only thing i have been told is the exhaust system on the peugeot cc is very expensive to replace due to the catalytic convertor being an integral part of the whole system so if only one part of the system needs replacing then no can do ??? has anyone had experience of this ?? am hoping its not something i am going to have to replace any time soon having only done 13000 miles !??
hoping the snow isnt affecting too many of you and you can still get around safely in your much loved motors !!!! dont bend them in the ice !..... fellow owner ..peugeot pam !
