Re: horn not working
I doubt it.
If the horn fails to operate, but the horn itself is not faulty, then I would suspect:
a blown fuse,
or
cable or cable connections loose, broken or disconnected.

Re: horn not working
Hi i need some advice. i turned off my engine and the horn went off. it kept going on intermittantly and then stopped an hour later when i unlocked the car the horn came on and stayed on until eventually i think it burnt itself out as the sound faded then stopped. it did not pause it just stayed on for about ten minutes then faded away.
Suggestions Please, i assume the fuse burnt out as the horn was on full for ten minutes at least solidly. however i am uncertain of the cause as the car engine was off i had not set the alarm nor had i pressed the alarm?

Those Fiats tend to do that. Italian electrics are known to be bad.
