Electic windows don't close after roof closes?

Can anyone help? When the roof has finished it's close cycle and beeps, the windows do not close and I have to then use the electric window switches to close them, any ideas?

Also, is it normal that the central locking locks the boot, but does not unlock the boot? If not any ideas on why central locking does no unlock the boot?

Yes, both are perfectly normal. I've never thought about the windows, just accepted that 's the way it works, but the boot is annoying!

Thanks for the replies, good news is I thought there was something wrong and there isn't!!

I was just comparing the roof operation to other cars i'be had and made an assumption, always a bad thing to do.

I guess the boot not unlocking on central locking might be a safety device to stop people thieving from your boot whilst stopped at lights etc. Trying to put a positive spin on it
