engine problems
hi there.my fiance has a 2005 206 1.6 petrol.recently had running problems.diagnostic check revealed a faulty crankshaft sensor.replaced sensor but no difference.anti pollution and catalyst faults showing on dash.removed exhaust and still running rough.any ideas?

Is that a 16v engine? What do you mean you've removed the exhaust? What is its history and service record? When were the spark plugs and air filter, oil and oil filter last renewed? Did you replace the crankshaft postion sensor with a brand new one from Peugeot?
