Welcome to the forum. You have a similar car to ours, but ours is 05 reg and so has the earlier wheels and probably more basic air-con. You seem to have got it for a good price. With that low mileage I bet it is like new.

Yes I was very lucky in the way that the car only got delivered to my local Peugeot dealers the day I went to have a look around.
Perfect inside and out except for a small scratch peugeot are going to get sorted before I collect next week. But the black leather interior is like new and just as you would expect from a brand new looking car really.
In time I would like to add Chrome roll bars though. I know peugeot would charge the earth for them but if anyone else of a good site I can order them from ?
I hope to learn alot about the CC's from your members here as Im a proud owner of one myself .... and thanks guys for the welcome Appreciated.

Ebay is your best bet for these. I got a pair for around £40 and was very pleased with them.

Thar thankyou . . . . Yes good point Im thinking ebay will be my best bet ! i think chrome roll bars will look good with the overall colour of the car too ! Easy to fit ?
Tru Aaron .. After reading quite a few technical faults with other CC owners cars im starting to worry lol .... I guess with every car there will be problems ! And mine has only done 17000 plus ive paid for a 3 year warranty !
Most problems are self inflicted. Make sure you read the owners manual thoroughly. Particularly regarding the operation of the roof. Just be careful with it.
We've had ours for 5 years now. Only thing that has gone wrong is the reversing light switch on the gearbox. A new one cost £7.

Yes thanks for the sound advice ! Will most definately read the manual thoroughly. and you have not had any problem in years except needing a switch costing £7 Made me a little less worried many thanks
Fairly straightforward. If you check this link http://www.peugeot206cc.co.uk/viewtopic ... 64#p107364 someone from the other forum mentioned, went to the trouble of taking photos of the procedure, you'll have to register to see them though...just remember to come back here afterwards though
As regards problems, I have a 7 year old low mileage car. Last year I had two minor issues, a problem with the boot struts, and a failing battery. I couldn't open the boot without excessive force due to one of the struts failing. I bought a replacement from Peugeot and following instructions found on here, I replaced it myself. The same with the battery, I found the dealer to be the cheapest and the battery was a perfect fit which doesn't tend to be the case with 3rd party parts.
