My electric roof won't work

Hello,
Im from Malta and bought my 206cc back from the UK.I'v had the car for just over a year with no problems at all.
It's an 02Reg automatic 1.6ltr with leather interior.
Yesterday was a nice sunny day so thought i'd put the roof down only to realise upon trying to put back up it did not work.
The only function there is,is when pressing the up/down button you hear the normal alarm going on.Checked all fuses.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spray some wd on the joints...that should work....x

Hi Scooby38 and welcome to the forum!

I'm not sure what is causing the issues with your roof but it sounds more serious than a need for a squirt of WD40.

I would do some searching in the "Roof" part of the forum and see if you can find anyone who has had similar issues.

I know this might be silly but the blind was hooked up in the boot
