Dash Information Please

Hi all.
I've been in contact with a dash styling company about changing the colour of the instruments (clock/climate control and speedo etc)

Does anyone know anything about this ?
ie - how to remove the dash, center console, wether the speedo is bulb or LED lit, if there is a filter to make the clock/air con section orange.. etc etc
