radio stations weak

hi all

i know this is a bit lame but its relly bugging me

i have trouble selecting nation wide stations in particular radio 2
i would have thought it would have a strong signal

i have had the aerial off cleaned up any and all connections made sure there is a good earth and still no good

any ideas do i need a new base/aerial

hello penel your not listening to whispering bob harris are you seriously though do you pick up your local stations bbc or commercial ok or is it poss its tuned to a different area (redkev)

local stations are good and clear radio 1 ok

sometimes it will scan through 2 or 3 times before locking on to a station its weird
