i have 05 plate 1.1 206 and have a weird problem with my clutch... have recently had new clutch which set me back £300 for the same reasons:
every so often when pressing on the clutch to change gear or to stop... as i push down it feels as though there's a pin in there or something and its makes a clicking noise, and just as before when i had a new one, now when im using the clutch i push down on it and it gets stuck and i cant change gear as the clutch pedal is pushed all the way down and wont come back up... what do i do... seems a bit starnge as i only had a new clutch fitted about 3 months ago, and i do not "ride" the clutch... PLEASE HELP!!!

The pressure plate is part of the clutch assembly that you've had replaced, and it is common practice, although not always done, to renew the slave cylinder at the same time as the clutch is replaced. Sounds like you need the job doing again. Have you not taken it back to the people that carried out the work and explained that the symptoms are still there? Give them the chance to put it right.
