Hi All,

I am considering updating the interior of my girlfriend's 206 cc (51 plate 2.0 l) to leather from the current cloth interior.

However, while I forsee no problems with the doorcards and rear seats, I am conscious that there must be a fair amount of trouble that can be caused under the passenger and drivers side seats (with airbags wiring etc).

Can anyone tell me whether anything has changed from the older models (i.e. Y, 51, 02) to the newer (54, 55 etc) models - as I need to make sure that the seat fittings haven't changed etc. seeing as this little upgrade will probably cost a fair bit!

Thanks very much

Mark

Pretty sure the CC interior remained unchanged as far as fitting. That said I think latter models had up/ down seat adjustment on both drivers and passenger side seats. There are accasional salvaged interiors on ebay, but be wary, as many CCs' had issues with the runners not slidding back correctly when pushed foward for rear access. So check the mechanism is working correcly. Not sure about airbags. I was told you can disconnect the battery and wait 20 mins before changing, but please seek further advise on this as I am not sure.
