i would like to add a bass unit to my car and havent a clue where to start. My car currently has a ripspeed unit in it how do i get power to the sub and do i need to upgrade my battery?
also whats the best sub to use so i can still put the roof down?

you will need to put a wiring kit from engine bay and head unit to the boot
then look into sub box designs to fit in boot with roof down
