The car had a flatish battery and just cought to start. so just that the clock time etc was lost and had to be re-entered. The car ran a little lumpy for a while as I left it ticking over to get some charge back into the battery.
Moved the car and put the battery on charge (still connected), battery now fully charged but the roof doesn't work!
If I disengage the roof locks by the screen it bongs. Pull the switch up to lower the windows and the roof, and all I get is that dreaded binging noise.
Before I start down the microswitch testing path, is this a known problem after a flat battery, and if so is there a general reset procedure?
I have owned a few SLK Mercedes with the same style roof and never had a problem, a few days of ownership of the 206 and I'm stumped! Hats if to Peugeot for such a pretty car though...... I digress.
Flat Battery now roof doesn't work!
