passenger back window doesnt go down

Hi,
I tried to open the passener back window after 2 months of not using it.
when i push the window button the passenger window goes down but the back small window doesnt go down so i cant open the roof also
anyone had this problem?

Remember you have to push the switch all the way down !! Does the otherside not work either ???

offcourse i know. the otherside works and also the auto windows closer with the car alarm works
